Quick answers to common questions about our bachata and salsa events
What age groups participate in your events?
Our community is specifically designed for dancers over 45. We create a welcoming, age-appropriate environment where mature dancers can enjoy bachata and salsa without feeling out of place.
Do I need to have a dance partner to attend?
No! Many of our participants come solo. Our events include partner rotation and group activities, so you'll have the opportunity to meet and dance with different partners throughout the night.
Are there beginner classes available?
Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly salsa classes in Cork and throughout Ireland. Whether you're just starting out or want to improve your technique, we have options for every level.
How often do you hold events?
We host weekly social meetups across Dublin, Cork, and Limerick, plus monthly special events and workshops. Check our event guide for the current schedule in your area.
What should I wear to an event?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is best. Many dancers wear casual smart attire or dance-specific clothes. Comfortable shoes with good ankle support are recommended for salsa and bachata.
How do I learn more about dance techniques?
We provide educational resources on our site, including guides on bachata basics, salsa fundamentals, and dance etiquette. Visit our learning resources section for in-depth articles and tips.
