What We Offer
Structured programs designed specifically for adults over 45. We're not a one-size-fits-all studio — our classes respect your experience level and pace.
Learn the basics of bachata — a sensual, romantic style. We start with timing and footwork before moving to partner connection.
Weekly meetups where you'll actually dance with people. Not just classes — real community gatherings in relaxed venues.
Dancing is about connection. We teach you how to lead or follow with confidence, comfort, and respect.
Master the core steps of salsa — sharp, energetic, and fun. From basic timing to styling, we build skills progressively.
Classes and events in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick. Whether you're based in one city or traveling, you'll find a welcoming group.
No judgment, no pressure. Our instructors understand that adults learn differently and we adapt to that reality.
Here's what sets us apart from typical dance studios.
Three core principles guide everything we do.
Everyone starts somewhere. We don't care about your background or experience. You're welcome here, exactly as you are.
Dancing is social. We're not just teaching steps — we're building friendships and connections that last beyond the dance floor.
Partner dancing is intimate. We emphasize clear communication, boundaries, and mutual respect in every interaction.
Beyond learning to dance, here's what our community members experience.
Dancing releases something inside you. Members tell us they feel more confident, more alive, and more themselves. There's a freedom in moving your body to music with people who get it.
You'll meet people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Many friendships start on the dance floor and continue off it. We're not just acquaintances — we're a real community.
Dancing is exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. You'll improve coordination, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Plus, the social connection and joy of dancing are powerful for mental health.
Bachata and salsa carry stories and history. Learning these dances connects you to a rich cultural tradition and helps you appreciate the music and movement in a deeper way.
Don't wait. There's no perfect time to start — there's only now. Send us a message and we'll tell you about upcoming events and classes in your area.

No. At our classes, we rotate partners so everyone gets to dance with different people. At social events, you can come solo or with friends. Partners rotate there too. You're never stuck with one person, and you'll meet lots of people.
Honestly, most of our members started with zero experience. The whole point is to learn together. Yes, you'll feel a bit nervous at first — that's normal. But within a few weeks, you'll be amazed at what you can do. The community is welcoming and patient.
Bachata is slower, more intimate, and romantic. Salsa is faster, more energetic, and playful. Both are partner dances. Many people learn both because they complement each other. We offer classes in both styles.
We run programs in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick. Each city has its own schedule and community. Check our events guide or reach out to us — we'll point you to what's happening near you. If there's nothing in your exact area yet, we're always looking to expand.
Comfortable clothes that let you move. Most people wear casual trousers or leggings and a t-shirt. Shoes should have a smooth sole (not trainers). You don't need special dance shoes when you're starting out. Just avoid anything too restrictive.
It depends on the event. Some social nights are beginner-friendly with a short teaching segment. Others assume you know the basics. We'll tell you upfront what to expect. And yes, you can always take a few classes first to build confidence.
